A strategic advisory firm operating at the intersection of power, institutions, culture, and execution — built for leaders who navigate complexity at the highest levels.
We advise leaders facing environments where outcomes are shaped by more than technical expertise or strategic planning alone.
Our work focuses on helping leaders understand how decisions move through organizations, institutions, stakeholder systems, political realities, and cross-border environments.
This belief shapes everything we do.
Boris Ondo is the Founder & Managing Partner of Ondo & Company. His work focuses on a central leadership challenge: helping leaders align stakeholders, navigate institutional and cultural complexity, and execute strategy effectively where competing interests, uncertainty, and scrutiny shape outcomes.
Drawing on more than a decade of experience spanning diplomacy, international engagement, organizational advisory, and cross-border leadership, Boris advises CEOs, executive teams, government officials, multinational organizations, and institutional leaders on strategic alignment, stakeholder dynamics, leadership communication, and execution in complex environments.
His professional experience includes service within diplomatic and government environments, advisory roles supporting international organizations and executive teams, and leadership responsibilities across multicultural and cross-border contexts. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively at the intersection of business, government, international cooperation, and organizational transformation.
Prior to founding Ondo & Company, Boris served in diplomatic, advisory, and international management roles in Korea, where he supported senior leaders, developed strategic partnerships, facilitated executive engagements, and contributed to initiatives spanning Asia, Africa, and Europe. His work has involved engagement with ministers, ambassadors, senior government officials, CEOs, institutional leaders, and international stakeholders.
Boris combines strategic thinking, diplomatic intelligence, organizational insight, and intercultural fluency to help leaders move from intention to execution in environments where formal authority alone is often insufficient.
Originally from Gabon and based in the Republic of Korea for more than fifteen years, Boris brings a uniquely international perspective shaped by academic, diplomatic, and professional experience across multiple regions and institutional systems.
